“The world famous Kool Lifestyle Photographer Dirk “The Pixeleye” Behlau and the acclaimed Pinstriper and Artist, Jesper Bram join forces on an astonishing adventure to make a documentary film about the Kustom Kulture movement around the globe.”
Flake & Flames is a fantastic adventure through the Kustom Kulture movement around the globe seeking out the hottest Kustom Kulture spots in the United States (US) and Europe.
If you are new to Kustom Kulture, you will experience the overwhelming creativity that exists behind terms like Low Brow Art, Hot Rods, Customs, and Pinstriping. Those who are familiar with Kustom Kulture will drool in awe and get a privileged look into the private domain of the Kustom Kulture legends of our time.

Sweet little 16 minute video from mooneyes with some chick as a host
The bike with the tank at 1:45 got to be the best looking bicycle ever. And the pinstripe sculptures from ACME at 1:32 is just awesome.
One of the better hiphop videos that has come out of Sweden. Rollers Only Swedish Chapter represent..
Another great one from Josh Clason
“170,000 miles in 4 years might not seem like an outrageous amount for today’s standards but in a 1964 Corvair van it is a downright astonishing amount. John Jackson, of NotStock Photography, travels across the entire country in search of cool hot rods and bikes to shoot and averages around 60,000 miles a year. Topping out at 60mph and with no A/C it is inspiring to see one living his dreams and passion year after year.”
We have set out on our journey across the USA. Join us over at the site and Facebook to find out where we currently are! If you have any car stories along our path please contact me.

A little behind the scene movie from the movie i posted a couple of days ago.
A couple of minutes ago i almost shit my pants :)
Started the first episode of the carshow graveyard carz and i tought this show could be nice, and THEN! down in the right corner. ALL NEW Overhaulin next sunday 8/7c. The first thing i tought was, is graveyard carz an old series that i have missed? and then i headed out on GOOGLE and typed in “overhaulin is back” and found that the best car show ever made is really coming back! WHOHOOOO!!!
Kassia’s roadster from the “last” season SEMA show is probably on my top 5 dreamcars.
So next sunday i really hoping that some nice soul is ripping the hell out of the TV channel so we in other countrys don’t have to wait 6 months to see it.
For some reason i found two readers ride emails in the spam folder today.
The first one was from Blake Weddington, and as soon as i started to flip to the pictures i saw something really cool that i liked, but it wasn’t his Ford F100, although i love the ride and have a lot of love for early/mid 60′s F100/trucks like the American Restoration episode i wrote about a couple of months ago. NO! it was the gray bicycle standing on the bed. Blake if could, i would let you build one for me. :)
The bikes and of course the truck looks awesome.
I let Blake tell the story in his own words.
“My name is Blake Weddington. I live in los angeles california and bought this truck stock in Feb 2012. I found it on a farm in dinuba california and shipped it back to los angeles. it now has new interior, independant front suspension power steering and disc brakes rear step notch and parallel 4 link. air bagged all the way around. cheap wooden bed. i built. also, I built the motor bike in the bed of the truck and its a lowrider built off a felt frame chopped and lowered. Great site
Thanks for sharing your ride Blake.
Thanks for the nice video updates from your roadtrip Alex, we need more :)
“Los Boulevardos Car Club cruised to Santa Maria California for the 32nd Annual West Coast Kustoms Cruisin’ Nationals”

Here is a little movie i did from the event back in 2010.
